Easy and works perfectly

Got my new AC set up the app and now save the on/off schedule. Love it, turns on before bedtime and it’s off in the morning and room stay cold, also have a fan that helps air circulation. Thanks !!

Good try but just short of the mark

The app is great at first. I’ve not controlled individual a/c units like this before. Once the coolness wears off you start to use the app and find that you cannot set a timer that persist every day, you have to re-enable it after it triggers every time. I’m trying to conserve energy by turning the ac off every morning at a certain time. I can’t without login in and turning the timer on for each unit! I also tried to share my home setup with my family and found it challenging since every user has “my home” and then the home I shared with them… but once they figure that out it’s good to go. I paired the app with Alexa successfully with my account then decided to create a new account to keep my households separated and now it will not pair.

It almost never works

I’ve purchased AC with wifi module to be able to chill the place before I get home on a hot summer day, yet it almost never works outside of home WiFi. It works briefly after resetting and connecting it to the app… already tomorrow you can’t access it when outside of home network. It completely defies the purpose of having a wifi module. Whatever is the issue I see it’s a software one, and it can be handled, and why it isn’t for so long I have no idea, but guys please do something about it, it’s a great AC just app support is gonna make us hate it.
